Sometimes a side dish makes the meal; adding color, taste, and excitement.

 

Many times, side dishes are vegetables or whole grains.  Rounding out your eating occasion with plenty of produce is the best way to get the most vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to help keep your body healthy and happy.
