Ingredients
¼ cup chopped dried dates
¾ cup dried figs
¼ cup plus 2Tbsp chopped almonds
¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
¼ cup toasted wheat germ
Instructions
Place all ingredients, except the wheat germ, in a food processor.
Process until nuts are ground and mixture is coming away from the wall. About 1 - 1.5 minutes.
Scoop by the heaping teaspoon, pack together, and gently roll into balls.
Place wheat germ in a shallow dish and roll each ball in it to coat.
