This peanut sauce is quick, easy, and delicious. It can be used to drizzle on top of spring rolls, baked tofu, chicken, or veggies after cooking – or even to toss into a pasta dish. TIP: For garnish, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top! Sauce keeps for up to a month in the refrigerator. Peanut Dipping Sauce Prep time: 5 mins Total time: 5 mins Serves: 6 Creamy, peanut sauce
Ingredients
3 Tbsp peanut butter (smooth)
1 Tbsp lemon, freshly squeezed
3 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2.5 Tbsp warm water
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients.
Makes 6 servings of 1 Tablespoon each. Or can be used to toss into a pasta dish.
Drizzle on food and enjoy!
