Here at RG Nutrition & Wellness, I provide nutrition coaching to improve performance and health through sport-specific, individualized, evidence-based nutrition.  


Whether you're a beginner athlete, a weekend warrior, or are at the pinnacle of your game, my goal is to meet you where you're at and provide an individualized plan to help you optimize performance and achieve your goals.

I believe that there are no ‘bad’ foods and that health is not a one-size-fits-all. Every person has a unique set of desires and goals that can only be attained through a personal approach – with you in control.

My role is to listen, encourage, motivate, support, educate, and guide you through the challenges and adventures ahead. During your coaching sessions you’ll develop the tools necessary to meet all your wellness and performance goals successfully!
