I love nutrition.

Everything about nutrition intrigues me: How it affects our bodies, physical capabilities, acuity, and emotions; how nutrients get shuttled around our body on the micro level, and their ensuing effect on our cells, body functions, and performance.

I love how nutrition can be integrated into wholesome, delicious food.  And how these two things aren’t different, but the same

Healthy eating does not mean giving up flavor or your love of food!

More than anything, I love talking about nutrition and helping people figure out the intricacies of their relationship with food.
