I Love Nutrition.
I love everything about nutrition: How it affects our bodies, our physical capabilites, our acuity and emotions. How nutrients get shuttled around our body on the micro level – and their ensuing affect on our cells, body funtions, and perfomance.
I love how nutrition can be integrated into wholesome, delicious food. And how these two things aren’t different, but one in the same.
