Carrot Cake Dough Bites

Like carrot cake? Love eating dough?

Too lazy to bake? {Better yet, want something totally delicious but don’t want to wait?}

Then this recipe’s for you.

The best part: All whole food ingredients and no added sugars.

Doesn’t sound good? Just you wait… I dare you to eat only one. Carrot Cake Dough Bites Prep time: 10 mins Total time: 10 mins Serves: 4-6 No bake bites made from all whole food ingredients with a carrot cake flair.


  • 1 cup chopped dried dates

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

  • ½ cup roughly chopped carrots

  • ¼ cup wheat germ

  • ¼ heaping tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ scant tsp nutmeg

  • ⅛ tsp cloves

  • ⅛ tsp ginger

  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut (for coating)


  1. Place all ingredients, except the coconut, into a food processor

  2. Blend until combined, sticky, and crumbly.

  3. Scoop by the teaspoon and roll into a ball.

  4. Roll in coconut.

  5. Makes about 12-14 balls

  6. Eat and enjoy!
