Then this recipe’s for you.
The best part: All whole food ingredients and no added sugars.
Doesn’t sound good? Just you wait… I dare you to eat only one. Carrot Cake Dough Bites Prep time: 10 mins Total time: 10 mins Serves: 4-6 No bake bites made from all whole food ingredients with a carrot cake flair.
Ingredients
1 cup chopped dried dates
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup roughly chopped carrots
¼ cup wheat germ
¼ heaping tsp cinnamon
¼ scant tsp nutmeg
⅛ tsp cloves
⅛ tsp ginger
¼ cup unsweetened coconut (for coating)
Instructions
Place all ingredients, except the coconut, into a food processor
Blend until combined, sticky, and crumbly.
Scoop by the teaspoon and roll into a ball.
Roll in coconut.
Makes about 12-14 balls
