Deliciously Healthy

As you may already know, I’m a foodie in every sense of the word.

I love to cook, bake and of course – eat!   For me, having a love of food means not only eating my favorite foods, but also bravely trying foods I never thought I’d eat.  I’ll try anything at least once.  Sometimes your taste buds may surprise you!

Yet I do have to admit there are a couple foods I simply don’t enjoy, even after trying them a couple times: Uni (sea urchin) and raw oysters.  *Shudder!*  Guess I’ll have to try them again sometime to see if my taste has changed!

In this section you’ll find a compilation of my trials and tribulations in the kitchen.  Please enjoy!
